Is there a free trial or self-signup for Opernexa?
No, and that is deliberate. Opernexa is configured around your business before you use it — your items, branches, staff and statutory settings — so a blank self-signup account would not tell you anything useful. Start with a demo on your own data instead, and we will show you the working system.
What does Opernexa pricing depend on?
Mainly the size and shape of your operation: how many branches and terminals, how many users, and which of the five modules you run. A single bakery outlet and a five-branch business with three distribution lorries are priced very differently. We quote after a short call about how your business actually runs.
Are setup, migration and training charged separately?
Onboarding, data migration and staff training are quoted as part of your plan rather than billed by the hour afterwards. You are told your full first-year cost before you commit to anything, so there is no surprise invoice three months in.
Can I start with just one module and add others later?
Yes, and most businesses do. Starting with the module causing the most pain — usually POS or payroll — gets you value in weeks rather than months. Opernexa HR in particular is built to run standalone, with no migration of your existing systems required.
